Weigh In Week Two

Very happy to report I am down 1.4 pounds this week! yay!

I'm at work so will have to update later.

Congrats on the 1.4! The reason that I get so many AP's is because I started running. I get 5 activity points for 30 minutes of running. (I do that 3 times a week) Plus I weight train, and work out 2 additional days...I was reading some of your previous posts, and I wanted to tell you that I love Medium to! Isn't it such a great show?! I watch way too much TV! Hope you have a great day!
